1. Purpose of Services

EsiTechina provides consulting services for Romanian investors, focused on accessing Asian production markets and optimizing cross-border capital flows. Services include, but are not limited to, commercial negotiation courses and market risk analysis for high-volume transactions. All information presented is advisory in nature and does not constitute guaranteed financial or investment advice.

2. Rights and Obligations

EsiTechina's Obligations:

• To provide information and analysis based on research and professional expertise.
• To maintain the confidentiality of client information, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• To communicate transparently any changes to services or fees.

User's Obligations:

• To provide accurate and verifiable information for consultation.
• To use materials and services for legal purposes and in compliance with Romanian and international regulations regarding foreign investments and capital flow.
• Not to redistribute, reproduce, or sell course content without prior written consent.

3. Limitation of Liability

EsiTechina assumes liability only for services provided directly and limited to the agreed value. We are not responsible for:

• Losses or investment decisions made by the client based on our analyses.
• Unforeseen changes in market conditions, currency risks, or policies affecting transactions.
• Delays or interruptions of services caused by external factors (e.g., force majeure, major technical issues).

4. Financial Terms and Modifications

Service fees are communicated individually and may be subject to updates. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect. For services paid in advance, no refunds are offered, except as expressly provided by a separate agreement or applicable law.

5. Termination of Use

You may stop using the services at any time. EsiTechina reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access in case of violation of these terms, without prior notice and without the right to a refund.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the services after the changes are posted constitutes acceptance of them.
